Phelps Stupidity
No, not for smoking marijuana, but rather everything that has happened since. But the crown for stupidity is awarded to Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to dedicate all of his manpower to bring to justice Phelps on a minor change or possession.
